The Baylis Conference Centre is a unique business conference and meeting venue. Incorporating large conferencing suites, as well as small workable meeting rooms, it caters for all types of client.

The 80 seater Baylis Suite can accommodate various layouts and guises. Its transformation is seemless and can cater to any style or format required. It is equipped with the most up to date technology which makes presentations and seminars effortless.

The various meeting rooms reflect the professional image and style which is unique to the Science Park. Each room is spacious, well equipped and can be easily organised for board room, lecture, theatre or presentation style set up.

Our catering providers offer a vast buffet menu and dishes to suit every occasion. Whether you require breakfast, lunch, or a supper menu, each selection can be tailored to your required taste and budget. Rates for the facilities are shown below:-

CONFERENCE RATES

Half day: 08:00-12:30 / 13:00-17:30 or full day. Please contact us for weekend/evening rates.

MEETING ROOM RATES

*All hourly charges for meeting rooms 1 to 4 include unlimited supply of tea and coffee plus free usage of OHP, flipchart, pens and slide projector. Additional flipchart and pens charged at £5 per set (subject to availability - all equipment must be pre-booked).
