London venue to host Confex in March

This year's International Confex 2011 is expecting to attract event organisers and venue representatives from across the world when it is held in Earls Court on March 1st.  Hosted at the London venue, the exhibition will feature free seminars, keynote sessions, advice centres, CV clinics and stands. Among those exhibiting at the event include the Harrogate International Centre (HIC), whose stand will feature a live feed from a Harrogate-based webcam and new director Angus Houston will be on hand to meet attendees. HIC's head of sales and marketing Alison Griffin said: "The stand will be the perfect reflection of Harrogate's offering, whilst the use of a large video screen will allow us to feed live from our webcam, clearly showing attendees the pace of HIC's development and growth." Other exhibitors include Accor Hotels, AV Unit, Belfast Visitor & Convention Bureau, Brighton Dome, new Dublin venue the Convention Centre and Fulham Palace.
