Whites Banqueting Suite
Oak beamed and hop garlanded, this impressive and versatile room is our main conference and banqueting suite with space for up to 250 people.

Fully self-contained with its own reception area, bar, toilets and integral dance floor, Whites provides the perfect venue for conferences and meetings, intimate parties and dinners.
The Dray
The HopFarm's largest function suite, the Dray, is an elegant room with wood panelling, picture lights and subtle cream tones.
The Dray has capacity for 400 guests reception style and can accommodate up to 300 delegates theatre style.
Width - 18m, Length - 23m.
It is one of Kent's largest fixed based conference rooms, but is also ideal for private parties, exhibitions and family fun days.
The Dray Marquee
The marquee is attached to The Dray and offers an additional 4000 square feet of space.
In its bare state it is a functional area for exhibitions and trade shows, and also works well as a wet weather option for outside events, should planned picnics and barbecues need to be brought undercover. However, when fully lined, swagged, lit and heated the marquee can become a very attractive venue for dining events, with a capacity of up to 400 seated guests.
The Pavillion
The Hop Farm Country Park has a fantastic stand alone marquee on site. This marquee can be utilised for corporate functions, exhibitions, large private parties etc. The facilities within the marquee can cater from a finger buffet or barbecue through to a fully seated three course meal.
The marquee will have the capacity for 800 people seated for a dinner, and this can be reduced as required. It incorporates flooring and lighting.
Hire costs are dependant upon guest numbers.

Team building and outdoor activities
We have a large selection of event fields whose use is only restricted by your imagination.
Recent clients have enjoyed tank driving, archery, quad biking, falconry, clay pigeon shooting or laser clays, blindfold Range Rover driving and target golf.
The choice doesn't end there, 4 x 4 driving on our purpose built 4 x 4 course, powerturns, argo kats, honda pilots, ferret racing, target pistol shooting, finesse driving, rally karts, geese herding with sheepdogs and gun dog trials, all of which are possible at the Hop Farm.
The Hop Farm work with a variety of activity providers and are more than happy to work out a package to suit your individual requirements.
