Set in 200 acres of tranquil, scenic but remote Surrey countryside, Gatton Manor offers a retreat from life’s pressure. Gatton Manor is a complete golf, business and leisure venue. Whilst it offers a perfect retreat, the hotel and golf club is only one hour from London, close to the West Sussex border and only 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport.

Conference Facilities

More and more companies are avoiding the distractions of busy Central London hotels to hold their meetings out of town. Our venue is perfect for executive meetings, brainstorming or training events; the tranquil setting provides the ideal environment to maximise creativity, decision-making and learning.

Your delegates can work hard and then recharge their batteries by breaking for golf, fishing or a refreshing country walk.

We have three spacious, recently redecorated conference rooms, which overlook the golf course or grounds and have plenty of natural daylight. All are equipped to provide:

* Screen/OHP
* Facilitator toolkit

LCD projectors can be arranged at an additional cost. Mineral water is provided throughout the day together with a fruit bowl.

Business Services

Business services such as photocopying, fax, scanning, typing, colour printing and e-mail facilities can be provided to support your event. Simply advise us of your specific requirements when finalising the details of your booking.

Hotel Accommodation

Gatton Manor has proudly achieved a AA 3* rating for many years and we have an on-going programme to continually enhance our facilities.

The hotel has both twin and double rooms; all are en-suite with SKY television, telephone and refreshment facilities. Many rooms have been restored with their original features and have views across the golf course or grounds; some have balconies.

Clubhouse Facilities

The Clubhouse provides bar, restaurant and function room facilities. We are happy to provide exclusive use dining facilities for your conference on request. To assist in team building, the Bar can also remain open into the wee hours with prior notice!

Leisure Facilities
Of course, there is golf – whether you want to play 9 or 18 holes after your day’s work or simple hit a few balls at the practise range or on our extensive practise areas. We also have a fitness suite, equipped with cardio-vascular equipment and saunas.
