Every Esporta club has the following facilities:
- Fully-equipped, air-conditioned fitness area and free weights (on average more than 100 exercise stations in each club).
- Group
exercise studios with most clubs running a minimum of 60 classes per
week, ranging from aerobics, yoga, spinning and circuits to
Thai-boxing, swimming and dancing.
- Indoor swimming pools (many clubs have two pools - one for leisure and one for training).
- Spa facilities (with saunas, steam rooms, sunbeds and spas).
- Entertainment and social programmes (including local social events, entertainment, organised trips and special-interest clubs).
