Description Bell Hotel, Sandwich The Bell has been an important centre of Sandwich life since Tudor times. The present listed building is mainly 19th century. Today with its 34 en suite bedrooms; a Georgian regency room catering for up to 120 guests; the Stour conference suite overlooking the river, a brasserie with a menu specialising in local produce and two bars, that importance is set to continue as The Bell undergoes a programme of refurbishment and restoration. Conference, Meeting, Training Facilities The Stour room is situated on the ground floor with views over the River Stour. Ideal for conferences and parties, up to 40 persons. For your convenience the Stour room is equipped with an LCD Projector, speaker system, hard drive, and wireless internet. Other audio visual aids are available by prior arrangement. This meeting room can be hired for private dining. The Regency room is late Georgian and the only room that escaped the nineteenth century re-build. With its quaint Musician’s Gallery, sparkling chandeliers and high ceilings it is a wonderful venue for that special occasion. The Regency room can cater for up to 120 persons, for conferences, wedding receptions, and parties. Theatre style conferences are available for up to 150 delegates.
