As the long sweeping drive at Chilston Park carries you through the verdant parkland towards the lake and to the elegant 17th Century, Grade 1 listed country house, it transports you to a place that’s a world apart from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This unique atmosphere runs through all of its 53 bedrooms, each of which has its own individual character.

The comfortable feel of the beautiful surroundings is complemented by the attentive but unobtrusive service, the fine food and wine, as well as the genuine hospitality. It has been lovingly decorated by the generations that have lived happily in its elegant rooms.

Chilston Park has been rated in the top 200 hotels in the country and has been awarded four red stars by the AA for exceptional quality of accommodation and service.

Conference, Meeting, Training Facilities

As a conference venue, Chilston Park, is distinguished by its particularly tranquil surroundings. There you can escape the time-consuming pressures of day-to-day business and apply yourself to more stimulating thoughts.

In all, there are seven conference rooms and three smaller private meeting rooms, with access to all the latest conference facilities, communications and presentations technology.

The Hussey Hall can seat up to 100 delegates and there are plenty of places to ‘break out’ after presentations. The spacious drawing room with its open fires, fine paintings and fascinating antiques has no end of discreet corners that are perfect for a private conversation or simply a quiet drink.

Apart from the range of facilities available inside the house, the surrounding parkland provides excellent scope for outdoor activities. We can arrange a wide variety of pursuits in this beautiful setting, which makes Chilston Park ideal for running team-building exercises.
